🕯️ Candle Care

Our candles are handcrafted in small batches to ensure a clean, steady burn. To get the most from your candle:

Before Each Burn

• Trim wick to 1/8–1/4 inch
  
• Remove any wick trimmings or debris
  
• Keep the wax surface clean
  

During Use

• Allow the candle to burn long enough for the top layer to fully melt (prevents tunneling)
  
• Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time
  
• Keep away from drafts, curtains, and pets
  
• Always burn on a heat-safe surface
  

After Use

• Extinguish using a snuffer or wick dipper to reduce smoke
  
• Allow the vessel to cool fully before moving
  
• Discontinue use when 1/4–1/2 inch of wax remains
  

Natural Wax Notes

• Minor frosting or uneven texture is normal with natural waxes
  
• Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  

🍯 Honey Care

Our honey is raw, unprocessed, and may vary naturally from batch to batch.

Storage

• Store at room temperature
  
• Keep container closed when not in use
  
• Avoid refrigeration if you prefer the syrup form of 100% pure, raw honey— it speeds crystallization
  

Crystallization

Raw honey naturally crystallizes. Honey color, density, texture and taste may vary naturally by season and temperature — crystallization is a natural sign of it's authenticity. ✅📜👑

To return it to liquid syrup form:

• Place jar in warm water
  
• Do not microwave
  
• Do not overheat
  

☕ Coffee Care

To keep your coffee tasting fresh:

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry space
  
• Keep sealed after opening
  
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or humidity
  

Best Enjoyment

• Use within 2–3 weeks for peak flavor
  
• Grind just before brewing (if applicable)
  

🍵 Tea Care

Your teas are crafted from pure botanicals and whole ingredients.

Storage

• Store in an airtight container
  
• Keep away from moisture, strong odors, and sunlight
  

Freshness

• Best enjoyed within 6–12 months
  
• Whole-leaf teas maintain flavor longer than dust-grade blends
  

🌿 Home Fragrance Care (For Present + Future Collections)

Whether you are using SANTARA candles, diffusers, or future fragrance offerings:

• Keep products away from children & pets
  
• Store oils upright, tightly sealed
  
• Wash hands after handling oils
  
• Use diffusers only as directed
