REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SANTARA, we take great care in crafting and curating products that embody the values of balance, beauty, and conscious living. Each item is prepared and packaged with intention.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we will always do our best to make things right.

Due to the small-batch, handcrafted, and sometimes made-to-order nature of our offerings, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to review and, if eligible, replace or refund your item.

For reasons of safety and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened candles, tea, herbal, or beauty products
   
• Digital downloads, readings, or personalized services
   
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
   

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you’d like to reorder a replacement item, we’ll provide a personalized discount or credit code whenever possible.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@santara.world within 7 days of receipt so we can assist you promptly.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an item is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.
