 At SANTARA, every package is prepared with intention and care — infused with the same spirit of balance and beauty that defines all we create. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship your orders with mindfulness and transparency.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
     
  • During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take a few extra days.
     
  • Custom, small-batch, or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time.
     

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, carrier, and order weight.
     
  • Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
     
  • For international orders (if enabled), customs fees or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
     

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic U.S.: 3–7 business days after dispatch
     
  • International: 10–21 business days after dispatch (varies by region and customs processing)
    Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by weather, postal delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.
     

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey home.


5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO

We currently ship to most P.O. boxes and military addresses. Some restrictions may apply based on carrier services.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors, incorrect addresses, or natural events.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@santara.world within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.


7. Sustainable Shipping Practices

SANTARA is devoted to conscious commerce. Whenever possible, we use recyclable, compostable, or reusable packing materials and encourage mindful reuse or recycling of your packaging.
